Please fill out the following form to assign us to issue and serve subpoenas in your civil or criminal case in Philadelphia, PA. We also issue subpoenas in Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks and Chester County, PA and take those requests by telephone, fax or email. We serve process throughout the eastern half of Pennsylvania and in southern New Jersey.
For service of Complaints and Statements of Claim already filed with the Court and service of Subpoenas already issued, please contact our office to arrange for pickup of the documents or mail the documents to our office for service.
If you would like us to file a Complaint with the Court prior to service, please email the Complaint to our office at egis@msn.com or mail it to Egis International, Inc., 64 E. Uwchlan Ave, #223, Exton, PA 19341 along with the Court filing fee. Are charges for filing and serving a Philadelphia Complaint are the same as the charges listed below for issuing and serving a subpoena.
Special Note Regarding Service of Original Process:
We are authorized to serve original process (Complaints & Statements of Claim) filed in any County of the Commonwealth of PA upon Defendants in Philadelphia. Outside Philadelphia County we serve Complaints for Injunctive Relief, Partition, Declaratory Judgment, Protection From Abuse and in all Domestic Relations matters.

The following ISSUANCE AND SERVICE fees include the $7.70 Phila. Subpoena fee and associated expenses, excluding witness fee. At least FOUR attempts will be made at varying times of the day and evening.
Charge for attempted service at a bad address is $35. This charge is waived if our Special Investigations Division is assigned to conduct investigation to locate the witness or defendant.
To determine the charge for service of subpoenas that you have already issued and forwarded to our office for service, DEDUCT $25 from each of the below rates.
